If for any reason you wish to cancel your reservation once it has already been confirmed by Leadingrentals this will entail a fee that will depend on the number of days remaining before your scheduled arrival time:

• More than 90 days: 30 % of the amount of the reservation
• Between 60 and 89 days: 40% of the amount of the reservation
• Between 30 and 59 days: 50% of the amount of the reservation
• Less than 30 days: 100% of the amount of the reservation

Changing dates will be considered a new reservation and Leadingrentals will apply the above cancellation fees no matter what the cause of such cancellation may be.

Please note that if for any reason  we are not able to offer you the requested apartment on your reservation before or during your stay, Leadingrentals will offer you another apartment with similar or superior features.
