Leadingrentals requires a security deposit in cash upon arrival to your apartment, the amount of which depends on the apartment you have chosen, either 200€, 300€ or 400€.

The security deposit will be collected upon your arrival and returned on the day of your departure, once it has been established that the condition of the apartment is the same as it was when you arrived. If damages are assessed or keys are lost, we may deduct a portion of the security deposit from the refund.

Such charges are assessed as follows:
• For damages: estimated on the basis of damages incurred
• Loss of keys: 30€
