Timetable:

Apartments will be available for check-in as of 4:00 p.m.
Check-out will have to be solved before 11:00 a.m.
 
In case of needing early check-in, we kindly ask you to let us know so we can try to accommodate you earlier if the apartment happens to be available. If it is necessary to defer your departure, we also ask you to let us know in advance so we can provide a solution for the particular circumstances if such should be possible.

Check in after 9.00 p.m., week-ends or holidays will have an additional cost of 30€. Also Check-out before 9:00 a.m. Please note that in case of needing both, early check-in and late check-out, you will only pay one fee, 30€.

Check In:

Apartments are available as of 4 p.m. A member of Leadingrentals will be waiting for you at your arrival to the apartment, in order to give you the keys and a general overview of how things work, as well as responding to any questions or suggestions you may have.
At the same time you will sign the general conditions agreement and pay the outstanding balance per credit card or cash. Please note, the security deposit MUST be paid CASH.

If you need to contact us during your stay we will be pleased to attend you during office time from 9.30 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00 at the number 91 578 27 27. In case of emergency you can contact us through our customer service number 616 945 109.

The obligation to hold the apartment will expire, and the down payment will be forfeited if the apartment is not occupied within 24 hours of the day that has been set for arrival.

Check Out:

Check out time is before 11 a.m. on the agreed upon day. If it is necessary to defer  your departure we ask you to let us know in advance so we can provide a solution for the particular circumstances if such should be possible.

You must deliver the keys of the apartment, whereupon the security deposit will be refunded, with deduction there from for any damages incurred, if such there be, or for cleaning and/or loss of keys.

Non fulfilment of the obligation to vacate the apartment at the end of the contracted period of use shall incur the application of the fines set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of Use that will be delivered when you take possession.
