1. How to find the ideal apartment?
The reservation system of Leadingrentals will help you to easily find your ideal apartment. You can browse through various preferences, dates, area, type of apartment. 2. How to proceed to make a reservation? Please enter How to book 3. How to make a payment? Please enter How to book 4. Is it necessary to make a damage deposit? It is compulsory to pay a damage deposit upon arrival to your apartment during the check in. The deposit MUST be paid CASH. It will be returned upon departure after a full inspection of the apartment during check out. The amount of the deposit varies between 200€, 300€, 400€ depending on the apartment. The amount is specified on the description of each apartment. 5. What to do upon arrival to the apartment? A member of Leadingrentals will be waiting for you at your arrival to the apartment, in order to give you the keys and a general overview of how things work, as well as responding to any questions or suggestions you may have. This person will be your contact during your stay and you can contact Leadingrentals during office time or at our 24 hours customer service number for emergencies. Our apartments are on perfect cleaning conditions upon arrival of our clients. Our cleaning service team will be pleased to offer you any additional service needed upon request contacting Leadingrentals in advance. Extra cleaning fee: 15€ per hour. 9. Is it possible to cancel a reservation? It is possible to cancel your reservation. The penalty applied by Leadingrentals will depend on the number of days pending before the beginning of the rental period. The applied percentages can be found in the Cancellation Policy section. 10. ¿Are there baby cradles at the apartmets? Yes, we can put a baby cradle in your apartment if you requested it upon booking. The fee for the baby cradle is 10€. 11. What if I break something? You should contact us so we can fix it or change it as soon as possible. We will also be able to determine if any of which amount should be subtracted from your damage deposit if needed. 12. ¿Are pets allowed at the apartments? Pets are not allowed in all apartments.
