1. When making your reservation, you will be asked to pay 30% of the total amount of your reservation in advance. This amount can be paid via credit card through our secure web server (Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, Amex...).

2. Upon request and as an exception, may be paid by bank transfer after having contacted our booking department in advance. Bank transfer costs will be assumed by the responsibility of the client. The reservation will only take effect once we HAVE received the confirmation of the client’s bank transfer per via fax on: +34 91 578 10 45 or email from bank.

3. Once Leadingrentals has received the client’s down payment we will confirm the booking via e-mail indicating a reservation code which the client will use as identification for any subsequent communications or queries with Leadingrentals.es. With the fore mentioned e-mail, the client will also receive the General Terms and Conditions for the use of our apartments.

4. The amount of the down payment will be deducted from the total quantity of the reservation during the check-in. At this time, a member of our check in department will provide keys to your the apartment,complete instructions and any other information needed or requested about regarding the use of the apartment,. The client will then sign the contract, terms and conditions and pay the remaining amount of the reservation in cash or with credit card. Remember: the amount of the security deposit can only be paid in cash.
